Tim Bement brings a diverse set of analytic management skills to Anderson Group Inc. As the Manager of Risk & Field Operations, he is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe execution of complex projects while minimizing risks. His role encompasses project staffing, fleet management, and leading safety initiatives.

Since joining Anderson Group in 2012 as a member of Nor-Son’s Residential Project Management team, Tim quickly showcased his exceptional problem-solving skills, which propelled him to the role of Operations Manager within just four years. He has been instrumental in driving progress and streamlining operations at Nor-Son, one of the Anderson companies, notably through the implementation of a manpower tracking platform and a system that notifies employees of their weekly job site assignments.

Tim sets high standards for himself and his Anderson team, holding himself and others accountable when tackling daily challenges. Above all, he is motivated by his colleagues, believing that everyone contributes a vital piece to the larger puzzle, uniting the team’s efforts.

Tim is driven by an incredible ability to transform ideas into reality, a passion that has deepened throughout his career. He believes that when people collaborate effectively, their combined efforts can lead to exceptional outcomes. Tim first witnessed this synergy during his internship with Horwitz/NSI-Mortenson, where he contributed to the Minneapolis School District Headquarters project. Now, Tim experiences the power of teamwork daily working with the Anderson Group companies. This journey has reinforced his belief in the impact of collaboration on achieving remarkable results.

Originally from Brooklyn Park, MN, Tim currently resides in the Brainerd Lakes area, with his wife and their twin boys.
