Sandy Olson brings outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to her role at Anderson Group. A vital member of the team since 2002, she has held various significant positions including Corporate Communications Manager, Marketing Manager and Executive Assistant/ Corporate Liaison. In her current capacity as Vice President of Human Resources, Sandy provides leadership and guidance to the company’s HR operations. She oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including policy development, legal compliance, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. She also provides assistance with corporate legal and board matters.
Recognized for her outstanding leadership abilities, Sandy is highly organized and excels in strategic planning and analytical problem-solving. Her adaptability and dedication to improving HR operations have been crucial to Anderson Group’s success.
