As Director of Digital Marketing, Nicole manages all social media platforms for the company and its subsidiaries,creating engaging content and supporting diverse marketing initiatives to reach new audiences through innovative digital strategies.

With a deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape, and a keen eye for design, Nicole developed her skills by launching Rudder USA, her own clothing and accessories business. As CEO, this entrepreneurial journey taught her to adapt to market changes, proactively solve problems, and create effective market and sales strategies.

A strong advocate for open communication and collaboration, Nicole ensures the company’s social media presence aligns with its core values. Since joining Anderson Group in 2022, she has introduced innovative ideas that have enhanced each brand and strengthened their market position. With a focus on growth, she stays ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new ways to communicate as online marketing evolves.

For Nicole, the most inspiring part of her job is in communicating how Anderson Group positively impacts people’s lives. She finds fulfillment in witnessing the meaningful career opportunities the company creates, especially through its strategic acquisitions.

Nicole also takes great satisfaction in contributing to the community. One such way is through the non-profit organization Project Got Your Back, where she volunteers her social media expertise to help Veterans navigate opportunities after their service.
