As President, Mark oversees all aspects of the business, including business development, preconstruction, project management, design, and field operations. His leadership is evaluated through key performance metrics that include financial outcomes, safety, project schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction—each of which plays a vital role in contributing to Anderson Group’s continued success.

Entrusted by Andy Anderson to lead Nor-Son Construction, Mark draws on his decades of experience and expertise in commercial construction. Known for building high-performing, cohesive teams by recognizing and utilizing individual strengths, he believes that true leadership is about helping others succeed. His ownership mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, cultivates a culture of accountability and achievement. Mark currently resides in Victoria, MN, with his wife and two daughters. He is dedicated to his family, faith and fishing.
